Terms and Conditions for SKUNK'D

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing SKUNK'D (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Hooked on Johnson Games grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Beta Access

You acknowledge that the App is currently in a "Beta" state. The App is provided "AS IS" and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. We are not liable for any data loss, device instability, or service interruptions that may occur during the Beta period.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Sign-In credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Virtual Items and Ads

  • The App supports "Rewarded Ads" which allow you to gain in-game benefits (e.g., Revives).

  • These benefits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

  • We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party advertisements.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose.

  • Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or hack the App.

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group (e.g., via offensive usernames on the leaderboard).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hooked on Johnson Games be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Florida & The United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
